Trace 02 is inspired by the sound of rain during South East Asia’s 2017 monsoon season.

The sculpture is created out of granulated sugar and collected rain water. Once solidified- the sculpture is then returned back to the rain by being left out in the rainfall to deteriorate.

Trace 02 is a physical recording of the sound of the September rain.
